From Oxford Grad
to Somatic Coach
I spent my twenties "working on myself." Therapy. Books. Courses. Attachment labels. Endless self-analysis. I was very, very good at understanding my patterns.
I just couldn't stop living them.
Anxiety spirals after dates.
Feeling less attractive, less magnetic, less enough and comparing myself to every woman.
Not trusting myself. Shapeshifting for men. Looking for my worth in them.
Living with an invisible ticking clock.
Being everything from the 'good girl' to the 'liberated woman,' yet never feeling at home in myself, powerful in my skin, or fully in sync with my sexuality.
Then came the relationship that broke me open — emotionally abusive — right as I graduated Oxford with Distinction and moved to start a shiny new life in London.
I know how beautiful, successful, and intelligent you can look on the outside, while feeling none of it on the inside — and actually feeling like the opposite of it in love and intimacy.
When the abusive relationship finally ended, an intuitive nudge led me to somatics. I didn't know what I was walking into. I just knew that everything else hadn't been enough.
Then I practiced. On dates. In my body. In real time. Over and over. And everything shifted.
Broke a decade‑long cycle of painful love patterns.
Stopped contorting to be chosen. Stopped seeking my worth in men.
Let go of "anxious" labels and found security at my core.
Started feeling gorgeous and sensual in my body.
Dated into a beautiful partnership with a man who adored me — and released it with clarity when my path asked me to.
Moved countries and into my dream apartment.
Befriended solitude and treasured my own company.
Built nourishing, non‑romantic connections and a very me life.
Became magnetic in ways I used to envy in other women.
Started feeling playful and powerful in love and sex.
That journey became my method — Date From Your Body.
It's the most important work I've ever done. Not because I became perfect at love — but because I stopped needing to be. I stopped performing, stopped shrinking, stopped waving away things that didn't feel right. And love started feeling like somewhere I actually wanted to be.
